You

You have great aesthetic sensibilities and understand both print and interaction design, UI/UX, typography and design principles. You love to learn a little about everything and make it pixel-perfect. Your definition of happy is being in an environment that allows you to develop your skills responsibly, with a team that encourages you to experiment.

Requirements

• ● You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience
• ● You have at least 1 year of experience as a senior designer
• ● You have a great understanding of social media from a creative aspect
• ● You deliver work on-time and in-line that exceeds expectations
• ● You are meticulous and have a great eye for detail
• ● You are self-motivated and responsible
• ● You have best practices knowledge of usability, inclusiveness and UX
• ● You have clear and concise written and verbal skills
• ● You are aware of design processes and will question or challenge design briefs to solve design problems
• ● You have a world class portfolio that shows your passion
• ● You have excellent typography skills and yearn to kern
• ● You can execute multiple styles of design and illustration
• ● You are an expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design; experience with Sketch and Java/CSS is preferred, but not required

What

As a Sr. Designer, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing beautiful campaign-driven designs across the digital and social platform space as well as occasional print materials. In this position, you will be taking charge of design production and polishing, all the while paying attention to the details. You will work directly with our creative team, learn and share, and have a lot of fun with a growing team.
